Ke Zhang (she/they) is an artist and a designer. Ke studied architecture and visual art at the University of Toronto and holds an MFA from Goldsmiths, University of London.
Her artistic practice encompasses sculpture, drawing, photography, installation, performance, and spatial intervention. Ke investigates diverse embodied experiences through different media, and their work involves the making and assembling of objects, images, and situations. In 2021, Ke attended an artist-in-residence at a ceramics workshop in Jingdezhen, China, and also became a contributor to Coordinator and the art book Inefficient LOVE MANIFESTO. Her designs and artworks have been exhibited in Chengdu, Toronto, Montreal, and London(UK). Ke currently lives and works in Toronto.
